Election Night Prayer Vigil

With the high level of anxiety around the midterm elections this year, ISAIAH is encouraging congregations to come together for prayer and to watch election returns together. We will move our regular Wednesday evening Pray Without Ceasing to Tuesday, November 3rd to enable us to gather in prayer and reflection that our election functions smoothly and everyone has an appropriate opportunity to have their vote counted.

Plan to come to VoP by 7:00pm. We will gather in the narthex for singing, prayer, reflection, candle lighting, and meditation. We will then gather in the Fireside room to watch election returns…for at least a while. We’ll have some snacks to share and make a festive gathering after a grueling election season. If you have been curious about Pray Without Ceasing, this is a great chance to try it out
