Summer Book Club!
New for 2021, the Book Club will be meeting during the summer months! We’ll be meeting every other Wednesday evening beginning on June 9 at 6:00 p.m. on Zoom! Look for updates and links in the weekly email updates. Our first book will be Pillars, by Rachel Pieh Jones. “This is a beautiful story, beautifully told. It’s much more than the memoirs of a Christian American living in Africa and exploring Islam with devoted Muslims; it’s about learning how to be a good neighbor to the people around you, wherever you might be in the world.” “Jones finds her faith unraveled and rewoven, stronger for what she’s learned in Horn of Africa and from her Muslim friends.”
